It's a quiet base for exploring the Highlands without sacrificing convenience, with free on-site parking removing one of the usual hassles of a city stay.

Great room with fridge, nice bed, very clean. Private bathroom. Very nice and helpful hostess. Parking in the street is free with a permit that is provided.

I spent two nights at this beautiful B&B in June 2021. Our room was decorated and furnished to a very high standard, and was exceptionally clean, whilst the host was incredibly welcoming, kind and friendly. Lots of little extra touches really made a difference, and showed the owner has an expert eye for detail. Would highly recommend staying here.

Rosemary has a fantastic knowledge of all things Inverness and the surrounding areas, I had a fantastic stay for a very modest price, I would whole heartedly recommend a stay in Paton Cottage!
