Antfield House is a substantial Victorian property near Inverness, positioned between Loch Ness and the Highlands' main town. Five kingsize bedrooms and five bathrooms mean there's genuine space for ten people—a family gathering, two families travelling together, or a group of friends. Each bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite; the ground floor includes a fifth bedroom with separate shower access. The house retains original nineteenth-century proportions, evident in high ceilings and generous hallways.
The ground floor divides into living and entertaining spaces. The main sitting room has a smart TV and garden views; beyond it lies a second living area without television, useful as a quieter retreat. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking at scale, with two electric ovens, a dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. A utility room and games room (pool table, dartboard) open onto the patio and enclosed lawned garden, where a hot tub sits ready for use. Parking accommodates eight cars; one pet stays free of charge.
Loch Ness is two minutes' drive away. Inverness town centre is six miles north. Essentials like electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking throughout.

Our satnav in the rental car tried to take us down a dirt track that was not drivable. We persisted and were directed onto another track. I thought we’d gone astray! But we hadn’t! The parking was satisfactory and we were well received by the owners. The en-suite bedroom was very nice and homely. The breakfast was very good! We would have been happy to stay longer if it had been possible! We highly recommend this B & B and wish the owners great success!

Very nice place - with super friendly staff. I was very surprised at how nice the place was after taking the back road to the hotel which made it seem like it was in the middle of nowhere - because the GPS(Google Maps) points to the wrong place. However, there is a sign at the GPS location pointing to the actual place. It's actually not far off the main road. Plus, breakfast was great - they even had pancakes!
