Lochend Beach is steps away, and Urquhart Castle, Drumnadrochit village and the Loch Ness Centre are all within short driving distance—making this a straightforward base for exploring this stretch of the Highlands. Kimcraigan Lodge itself occupies a ground-floor position with views across the loch. The open-plan living space includes a sitting area with Freeview Smart TV, a dining zone and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A utility room houses the washing machine. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and patio doors onto the deck; the ensuite shower room is adjoining.
What makes the space feel special is the decked area wrapping around the property, furnished for sitting out, with a private hot tub. Bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are included. The lodge is for two adults only and is entirely yours—no shared facilities. Parking for one car is provided on site. Smoking is not permitted.

Stayed in the loch-side cabin. This is really very good. Immaculate position on an elevated bank of Loch Ness with fabulous views and the sound of the gentle lapping of its waves. Bed very comfortable with great linen. En suite fab. Living room great with great picture smart 55" TV and decent WiFi (49 down, 27 up). Great hot tub. Good facilities to cook and wash clothes. Not cheap, but in this case it's justified. Well done to the owners; top job.

Extraordinary Loch Ness view from the room. Home-made breakfast and welcoming owner, Kim. The location is convinent, near Inverness and the Jacobite cruise. It's the best B&B I have been to.

If anyone wishes for a gorgeous location in Scotland with amazing accommodation, Kimcraigan B&B is the place to go. My fiancé and I were warmly welcomed by one of the most friendly and hospitable hostesses. Kim is incredibly dedicated and would go above and beyond for her guests. Honestly, I felt like a member of their family! She was always there to help and was unfailingly polite. The entire accommodation/villa is absolutely immaculate. Every square inch has been cleaned meticulously, and everything looks like it's polished every day. The bathroom shines, the bedroom with its amazing lake view is pristine. The breakfast, cooked by Kim herself, was one of the best English breakfasts I've ever had in my life. Kim pays attention to every detail, such as asking how we would like our breakfast and what our preferences are. The location itself is beautiful, and the garden is stunning. One evening, we sat out on the terrace, and Kim even offered us a blanket! I highly recommend it to anyone. As a couple, this was our first-ever experience at a B&B, and we would repeat this experience anytime! P.S. Kim, myself Alex, your Brummie Romanian will come back whenever I'm in the surroundings. Much love! Alex & Mada ❤️
