Camping Pod Heaven

The campsite is located in a quiet area outside town. It consists of several pods, each equipped with four mattresses, two power outlets, a lamp, and a small electric heater to keep the space warm. The pods themselves were clean enough, and the communal facilities were great. The campsite features a dishwashing area, a waste disposal station, a designated smoking area, and separate male and female toilets that were extremely clean. The lady at the reception was super kind and helpful; she recommended some great places for dinner and even gave us her phone number in case we needed anything. There are also some fantastic hikes to do in the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Absolutely disgraceful point number one on the photos there is barbecue facilities that you are meant to use when we arrived at the location we were told that all barbecues and cooking facilities outside is not permitted. We're allowed to use anything apart gas cooker that we had to bring but not barbecues which we did not have at the time. Because we had thought about the facilities was available on site then you have to ask for permission to use the bathroom and shower which I've never heard of in my life when you go to a cabin facility or a hotel you're paying for that facilities which we were denied access The location is it long way of a high hill in top of the mountain? The pods themselves are like a dog kennel with a 4 inch mattress on the floor with no TV no Wi-Fi no cooking facilities like a kettle or microwave small essential things to keep your food fresh Which The website indicates that there are facilities on site please don't believe them as they are not true and the owner of the facility and premises is a rude and liar a very rude person that strictl has rules on her terms and nothing else matters she has no thoughtss to Customers has no law to What your thoughts and needs are and if you have kids like I had at the time when we were there with special needs, she has no regards of the wants or needs only what matters to her. We had booked for one week and left it after four days because of the rudeness of the owner and the facilities was not what stated on the website. Please be aware if you're booking this my advice would be not to do it again or even enter that premises very very disappointed at the cost of almost £500 we had lost Both loads of food at a cost of £70 to cook on the facilities that were meant to be available had to chuck them in the bin because we have no way of cooking them or store them . I that we had very very disappointed time and experienceand do not recommend this camping pod heaven to anybody thank you

Tyre damaged, loads of sharp metal bits, can't do enything there, even talk after 10pm. Terrible place. Like a prison camp. Can't even light a candle....

Basic 2 wood bench hut. One power point for charger/light. Good facilities for rest of site.
