Applecross Manse
Highland
Applecross Manse is a listed Victorian villa from 1824, set on five acres of grounds that slope down to the shore. The property is fully equipped for self-catering: the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge; there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer; oil central heating keeps things warm; electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
The four bedrooms are all doubles. Three have ensuite bathrooms with heated towel rails and shower cubicles; the fourth has a separate toilet nearby and accesses a shared shower room. Downstairs, a living room and dining room open onto a study with Freeview Smart TV. The enclosed garden and patio face out over the water towards the Isle of Skye, with parking for two cars on site. No smoking inside.
The location sits between dramatic Highland scenery and the sea, with walking routes around the bay towards Ardubh and the surrounding glens. The property suits families or groups of six looking for a rural base in the north west, away from main roads.
