Dalaraban Luxury Pods - Cheviot

Photo: Dalaraban Luxury Pods

Fort William sits at the foot of Ben Nevis with Loch Linnhe stretching alongside. The area draws walkers, cyclists and those chasing Highland scenery—and Dalaraban Luxury Pods - Cheviot sits above the water with views across to Corpach. One bedroom, one bathroom, the pod sleeps four and is yours alone. There's a king bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living space (suitable for children), and a proper shower rather than a cubicle. The kitchen has a hob, microwave and full-size fridge and freezer; you can cook properly or keep things simple. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, and initial logs for the wood burner are provided. One dog can stay with you free of charge, though sheep graze the area so a lead is essential.

The decking looks out over the loch, and guests report seeing roe deer in the morning and golden eagles overhead. Pubs, restaurants and shops are roughly a mile away. The steam train station sits under two miles south, running the famous route to Mallaig and across the Glenfinnan Viaduct. South of Fort William, Glencoe offers mountain walks year-round and a ski resort with summer activities. The Nevis Range has bike trails. Parking for two cars is private; there is also a bike store on the shared grounds.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. We were absolutely captivated by the stunning views. The pod itself was clean, and the host made everything so easy with a seamless check-in and check-out process. We would definitely stay here again!
