Joey’s Pod
Highland

Sanna Bay is less than half a mile away, and Ardnamurchan Point itself is within easy reach. A short ferry crossing takes you to the Isle of Mull; further north lie Eilean Donan Castle and the Isle of Skye. The peninsula's scattered villages have shops and a pub about 4 miles away, though the real draw is the coastline—sea eagles, quiet beaches, and the kind of weather that changes by the hour.
Joey's Pod sits on ground that was once a volcanic cone. Inside, it's far more spacious than the name suggests: a separate bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a combined living and kitchen area with a full-size cooker, so you can cook properly rather than making do. Decking at the front overlooks the loch and mountains. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. One car can park on site. The grounds have a step, which is worth knowing. Dogs stay free and are welcome here.
This works well for a couple wanting to explore the western Highlands without committing to a larger rental, or anyone after a quiet base for coastal walks and sea-watching. The borehole water supply is natural rather than mains.
