Ladybird Cottage stands on the outskirts of Inverness in a wooded setting, with Loch Ness just four miles away. The whole property is yours alone, arranged over a single storey with level access—just five steps to the entrance. Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, a double with ensuite cubicle shower, and a bunk room served by a separate shower room. The living room has a woodburner and Freeview TV; the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooker and all the basics you'd need to cook properly.

Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There's private parking on site and an enclosed garden with a covered sitting area. An enclosed courtyard and bike store are available. The cottage has a private water supply from a spring. Families and couples are the intended guests here; no smoking is permitted.

Inverness town centre is close by, with a shop 1¾ miles away and a pub and restaurant four miles off. The Moray coast beaches are within reach, as are Culloden Battlefield and Fort George. For those wanting activity, the area offers mountain biking, hill walking, climbing and watersports; for those wanting stillness, the wooded surroundings provide that too.
