Called in for Sunday lunch (having stayed at the sister hotel Loch Ness Lodge) and it was the best meal of our holiday. Delicious. Beautiful hotel and views as well.

My family made a reservation here about a month before visiting Inverness. However, when we arrived at the property no one was there to check us in or let us in the room. We knocked on the door, rang a doorbell and Ring camera bell- no response. We tried calling multiple times - no one picked up, and there was no way to leave a message. We also emailed and got no response. We ended up having to book another hotel last minute. What a disappointment.
