Little Tarbet

Embo sits on the Sutherland coast where the beach is a short walk away and Dornoch village, with its cathedral and golf course, lies nearby. Little Tarbet is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage that sleeps three, positioned to make the most of both. The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with a single bedroom and shower room. Upstairs, a galleried double bedroom has its own bath and shower. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There's an enclosed garden with seating opposite the property, and parking on the road outside.

The coast is genuinely close—wide sandy beach and sea air within easy reach on foot. Dornoch's shops and the Royal Dornoch Golf Course justify a visit inland. The surrounding landscape draws walkers toward Loch Fleet Nature Reserve and other coastal trails; the shoreline itself rewards exploration for seals and birdlife. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage is yours alone, with no shared access. No smoking inside.
