Overscaig House works for extended families, groups of friends, or anyone needing to put up a sizeable party under one roof. With seven bedrooms spread across two floors—a mix of king, double and single beds—and five bathrooms, there is genuine space for up to eighteen guests. The ground floor holds a living room with smart TV, a dining area centred on a woodburner, a games room, and a kitchen fitted with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and other essentials for cooking at scale. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer means you can manage laundry across a fortnight.

The property sits on the banks of Loch Shin near Lairg, in the Highland hamlet of Overscaig. Parking for six cars comes on site, and an enclosed garden and patio provide outdoor space. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, electricity and the initial load of wood for the burner are included; heating is via oil central system. The property is non-smoking. You have the full run of the house to yourself with no other parties on the premises, which matters when you are coordinating meals and downtime for a large group. A cot, travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
