The open-plan room centres on a woodburner and stretches via full-length glazed doors to a raised deck where the hot tub sits ready. The kitchen is well set up for cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, and space to move around—with a dining table nearby. Two kingsize bedrooms branch off the main area, each with television access. A wet room contains both a roll-top bath and walk-in shower, with heated towel rail.

Red Kite Lodge stands alone on a 50-hectare working croft near Rogart, reached via a private track into open countryside. The setting is genuinely quiet, though amenities and attractions are within reach. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; logs for the woodburner are provided too. One dog stays free, with use of the enclosed garden where it can run off-lead; dogs must stay on-lead elsewhere on the farm.
