Temple House West
Highland
Temple House West is a self-contained ground-floor apartment within a listed building on the Loch Ness shoreline, near Drumnadrochit. The property sleeps three: a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Everything needed for a stay is provided—bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are all included, and the kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob for cooking. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer on site.
The open-plan living space has a TV and electric fire for colder evenings. Outside, a small lawned garden with seating area and furniture provides a quiet spot to sit, and a bike store is available for guests who want to explore on two wheels. One car can be parked on site. One well-behaved dog can stay free of charge. The apartment does not permit smoking.
Drumnadrochit village is a mile away with a pub, restaurants and shops. The Great Glen Way passes nearby for walkers keen on longer routes, and Loch Ness itself is on the doorstep. Inverness is 12 miles north, and from here the Highlands open up—Skye, Fort William and the west coast are within a couple of hours' drive, as are Aviemore and the wider Cairngorms to the south.
