About Irton Hall
Irton Hall suits travellers after a proper break from the everyday rather than a quick overnight stop - families with children in tow, walkers exploring the fells, or couples wanting a spa afternoon after a day outdoors. Set in Eskdale near Holmrook, it puts the Lake District National Park within easy reach while offering enough on-site facilities that you needn't leave the grounds if you don't fancy it.
The hotel has 15 rooms, including family rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and free WiFi, plus drinks available in room. There's a restaurant and bar for meals, breakfast each morning, and packed lunches for anyone heading out walking. Guests can also make use of the indoor swimming pool, gym and spa or sauna, and the gardens offer a quieter spot to sit. Childcare is available, and pets are welcome, which makes it a practical choice for family trips.
Beyond the leisure facilities, Irton Hall caters to business visitors and weddings too, with meeting rooms, business services and porter and laundry services on hand. Free on-site parking is provided, and nearby you'll find pubs, restaurants and other entertainment for evenings away from the hotel.
