What visitors say
Visited treasure island with my 2 little boys. A really lovely local soft play in which both children had so much fun, that they didnt want to leave. Very clean and could see staff constantly cleaning why we were there, keeping on top of clearing and wiping tables as well as cleaning the soft play itself. Really friendly staff and amazing offers on over the summer holidays. I did the half price sibling offer which was an added bonus to find out about. Will definately be returning again soon.

My 2 year old and I love this place. We have been to so many Softplays but this one always seems to be a winner for him. We usually go to the toddler Tuesday mornings which cost £5 for the both of us and he gets a slice of toast a cup of squash or water with that. They do entertainment including story time, bubbles and other games aswell as a mascot - so far we have seen peppa pig and bing but there are others I believe. Kirsty who usually leads the entertainment is wonderful with the kids, she keeps them engaged and is super friendly. You can tell she enjoys her job which is refreshing to see these days. We’ll be regular visitors from now on. Such a great, cheap way to spend your morning, keeping your crazy toddler entertained and burn off some energy. There is a sensory room which is quite decent. An under 5s section and a big open Softplay area for the older kids with slides and plenty space to climb and run around. There are a few parking spots but I reccomend you either get there early or call when you’re outside to check there are spaces available before driving in as the carpark is quite tight.

I was so impressed by Treasure Island soft play for our daughter's party this morning. The staff are so friendly and obviously take a lot of pride in the place and what they do. Very well organised, and it was clean, including the toilets. Food was great for the kids lovely selection. And the party leader was fantasic. I let her know that my daughter was feeling a bit unsure and she perfectly modified the way she spoke to her so it wasn't too intense which I thought was brilliant. Also loved the fact that they gave out little toys as presents for the party game rather than horrible sweets that the kids cant eat because they are too hard. left the party feeling like the saff genuinely care about the kids and want them to have a good time. Lovely place.

We had such a fantastic experience celebrating my daughter’s birthday here! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and made everything run so smoothly. There was plenty of food for all of the guests, and the party was really well organised. The children had the best of both worlds—they could join in with the organised games if they wanted to, or simply enjoy the soft play, with lots of time to run around and have fun. It also meant I was able to relax and actually sit and chat with the other parents, which was lovely. One thing that really stood out was how brilliantly the party host handled an awkward situation. After everyone sang Happy Birthday, another child blew out my daughter’s candle before she could. He immediately relit the candle, got everyone to sing Happy Birthday again, and very discreetly positioned himself so the child couldn’t do it a second time. He handled it so professionally and kindly, ensuring my daughter still had her special birthday moment without making a fuss. Overall, it was a brilliant experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free, well-run children’s party. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday so special!
