Friendly staff at check in, rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant was surprisingly nice, great service from Juliette who made our little one feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the secret garden, behind the hedges to the front of the hotel, our little one enjoyed spotting the planes as we enjoyed a glass of wine. 10 min walk or 5-7 min drive to the airport. Would stay again. Thank you

I am very pleased with my stay at the Gatwick Courtyard. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The staff has been delightful. I want to specially recognize the job that Christina is doing at the front desk. She has been extremely helpful to me as I sort through my luggage being lost. She has offered assistance in many ways and I am grateful. I am a Marriott Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member and she deserves a big thank you!

First time staying here. Easy to find a parking space. Short walk to reception. Rooms clean and very quiet. But strange bedding fitting. I had not sat or touched the beds in photo, looked like someone had sat on it and pulled out the corner. Food in restaurant are good sized portions. I ordered small nachos and Caesar salad and couldn't finish nachos then couldn't finish the salad as they decided to add boiled egg underneath (which I don't eat) I didn't complain but they comped the salad. This makes the service in the restaurant a 5 but guy in reception wasn't at all patient hence 4* Would stay again and try some more of the menu. Breakfast was okay - enough choice for me.

This was our first stay at an airport hotel, and it worked out very well. The hotel was about a 10-minute walk from the South Terminal or an £18 taxi ride from the North Terminal. One thing to note: you’ll need a coin to use the luggage trolleys available at the airport and the hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Hamza took care of all our questions and needs with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. There is also a small convenience store nearby where you can pick up sandwiches, snacks, and drinks, which was a nice bonus. The train station is located in the South Terminal, and the staff there were very helpful in selecting the best travel pass based on our group size and sightseeing plans. Staying here made it easy to visit central London without worrying about getting to the airport on the morning of our departure. Overall, this was a convenient and comfortable choice for our trip.

People say this hotel offers clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms, with good soundproofing and a wide variety of modern gym equipment. They also highlight the friendly, helpful staff and the convenient 10-minute walk to the South Terminal.
Some reviews mention the food can be disappointing.
