I love this hotel. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Angela served me at Breakfast this morning and went above and beyond to make the time as comfortable and easy as possible. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever experienced. There is such a variety of food, free professional coffee makers, eat as much as you need, the dining room is so pleasant to be in. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Everything is A+ - well done Holiday Inn staff.

We booked this hotel as we had an early flight and didn't want to be travelling across London early morning. It was a great choice. We were greeted at reception by a great staff member (can't remember his name sorry!) who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had booked room only however there was an ongoing offer where you spun the wheel on the desk and when it stopped you were given the prize for your section. Ours was a free breakfast which was ideal and much appreciated. The selection was ideal and included hot and cold options that you served yourself. There's a shuttle bus around every 10 minutes to and from the airport. We had a great night, our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The bathroom had a bath and shower with luxurious hair and washing products. The bed was very comfortable as was the folding bed, a good night's sleep was had by all.

We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn restaurant, thanks to Robert. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both the menu and the drinks, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our meal. On top of that, his cheerful and friendly personality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He was an absolute joy to be around and truly made us feel welcome. Excellent service all around!

Robert served us for our evening meal. A very polite, friendly chap. He couldn't have done more for us, thank you so much. Food was delicious, small portions however. Shower in bedroom was delightful. High pressure, settings fantastic. Clean room, all the staff are very pleasant. Would highly recommend, cheers 🛌🍽
