Brilliant thing to go and do as a group! The staff were all brilliant. Would highly recommend booking, if you’re visiting the area with a large group and looking to start the day with a fun, physical activity. It’s not the cheapest but it’s worth it. Doing the water park is actually pretty tiring, so you wouldn’t want much more than an hour to be fair. On a very hot day, the toilets don’t smell great but there’s not much they can do about that.

Fun for all! I came here for my 40th birthday with a large group ranging between 9yrs - 67yrs. The check-in process was quick and easy from getting your wristbands, to safety briefing to getting on the water. Zero stress. The team were friendly and attentive on the dry side, and the lifeguarding team were alert and very proactive. I had my niece and nephews with me and i felt very comfortable with them exploring the water park. The water park was the very start of my birthday weekend and it was a great place to kick off the celebrations. Thank you for the memories.

Great place to act like kids again. Not too busy during term time, lots of activities to choose from so will defo be coming back. Tried the Poseidon water park and was great fun (although super tiring!)

Good fun, but incredibly frustrating sign up process. This needs to be looked at, too many questions to fill in on a tablet at reception. Also, why on earth do they charge for parking? No need to fleece your customers. No one is arriving by bus or train!
