First time staying at Hele valley and we absolutely loved it! We came for a few nights camping during half term with our two kids (9 and 15) the park itself is lovely and well looked after. Family friendly and safe. The toilet blocks are immaculate and you can see these are tended to regularly, the door codes to get in is a great idea as it stops unattended kids running feral 🤣 the washing up area was tidy and clean, you can see how everyone is respectful with regards to tidying up after themselves. The park was lovely and quiet and a nice play area for the kids to enjoy. We’re not about the big commercial parks with the clubhouse so this is perfect for us, the kids got to be kids! Perfect location too, Woolacombe beach is only a 20 min drive but there is also a local beach just 6 min walk. Also has a lovely nature trail walk from the park. Everyone is super friendly and helpful on the park, my only suggestion would be having a little few essentials in the reception area like washing up liquid etc but I guess you could walk to the garage up the road! Keep up the good work we will definitely be back!

We stayed for one night at Hele valley and arrived late, so didn't have the pleasure of meeting any of the staff. But the check in process and Comms was very efficient and we went straight to our pitch without a hitch. The toilets/showers were all brand new (or appeared so) and absolutely the nicest I've ever seen on any campsite. It was quiet and scenic and plenty of space. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Extremely well maintained site with good facilities and a quiet location. Stayed in own motorhome on good sized pitch backing on to a stream with woods beyond. Washrooms were spotless. Steady 30 minute walk to the harbour or into the town centre, beach less than 10 minutes away with a pub and a cafe plus a great tea room (if open) even closer.

Loved this place! On arriving a really friendly staff member greeted us. The site was perfect. Clean and well maintained.The park was great for my daughter and great location with a shop five minute walk and the beach cove with lovely cafe. We will definitely be back.
