We stayed in one of the new rooms with hot tubs and we was on the end one so privacy was ok, but if you’re in a middle one I can imagine it’s not great when you’re sitting in your hot tub with people walking right in front of you. Nether the less we loved it we came away for a chilled weekend and it was just that. There’s not a lot on ilfracombe and be prepared if you walk into the centre it’s hill after hill. And taxi and far and few between. Would definitely come back.

It is clean and tidy. The rooms are nice and spacious just what you need. You are close to Ilfracombe town centre just a walk and a very steep hill if you don't mind that. Taxis are available to get you down. You are close to Woolacombe beach just 15 mins in the car. The food at North Devon resort is spot on, cannot go wrong. Then you have a swimming pool lots of activities available, a pool, games room. The people are lovely there and will do anything for you cannot fault the service. Great place and location.

The 2 bedroom apartment with a sea view was ok. Nice and clean. As always in the bathroom where left long black hairs. We arrived at 13:45 and the check in time is after 16:00. Spent some time in the town and returned at 16:10. The folder with my name and the key was at exactly the same place at the reception. It didn't move. When opened the room ,it came out a strong bad smell of a manure and the bedrooms where intact from previous visitors. Complained to the receptionist and two cleaners were sent within 5 min. The have cleaned the rooms and changed the linen. Towels provided as well. When booked on the pictures with this flat was a sauna and a hot tube and on description it was saying that they are at present. "I am afraid they are on a different price ",been told when asked at the reception. Otherwise the town is beautiful,clean and well organised. Didn't use the pool . Very small clothes cabinet and no hangers . The TV remote didn't work as well.Used the phone with an app. WiFi was very fast everywhere.

I stayed at the North Devon Resort, for there first Skittles weekend. Before arriving, I phoned and spoke to Marcia on reception. Which she helped me with all my questions. Plus gave me a forwards welcome to the resort. Rooms are clean tidy and all up together. We had a 2 bedroom suite which worked great (kitchen and living room) Food provided by the resort was brilliant, nice breakfasts and lunches they did a fantastic roast on sunday. Hand carved meats. I also used the pool and sauna which was a great start to the day. We did have an medical incident on one of the days. I went to the bar and asked for first aid to help. The staff jumped straight into action and helped massively and professionally. Well done to all the staff over the weekend. We all had a great skittles weekend with you. Adam Glennon Thank you
