106 Residence

106 Residence is a ground-floor self-catering house sleeping up to 6, with everything needed for independent holidays. The kitchen has a full cooker, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, so you can prepare proper meals and manage laundry without leaving the property. Bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are all included, along with electricity, keeping the practicalities straightforward.

The layout gives you three bedrooms—a king-size room with en-suite shower, and two further rooms with twin beds each—plus a separate family bathroom. The living and dining areas are open-plan with access to a private decked garden where a hot tub for four sits ready for evening use. A shared indoor pool (7m × 4m) is available within the resort, with changing facilities and showers on site.

The property is on the North Devon coast near Ilfracombe, with parking for one car. Smoking is not permitted inside. It suits families, groups of friends or multiple generations looking for a week away on the coast without needing to book restaurants or worry about utilities.
