What guests say
I loved staying here, it felt like home from home. My room was really cosy and had everything I needed. The hosts, Jamie and Heather, were lovely and really made me feel welcome. They were really accommodating and easy-going about everything. It was a real pleasure to stay there!! : ) The house is in a lovely area that's only 5 - 10 mins from the centre but is really quiet and residential. It's worth having a wander around that residential area; for me, it was more fun than walking around the centre of the town. There are some lovely local businesses to check out.

Our room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The owner, Jamie, was very helpful with information about attractions. He even sent me a map link each morning, which was very helpful. The house is walking distance from lots of shopping and restaurants.

Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at Doric House. The room was lovely, very cosy and super clean. Breakfast was excellent, I especially loved the samples of cheese from different local producers. Lastly, the hosts were so friendly and offered great tips to help us explore areas such as the Isle of Skye. They also offer tours which I sadly didn't take advantage of this time round. All good things, hope to stay again soon :)

I only stayed for two nights but absolutely loved it! Jamie was super friendly and helpful and also the breakfast (local selection of cheese) was great! Should I be back in the area I'd definitely stay there again!
