Legendary hotel and legendary boozer. Spotless roomes, nice and warm and legendary breakfast. Staff were very nice and took the time to chat, family owned it appears and deserves the business rather than the big chains.

Phenomenally accommodating staff and owner. After a nightmare day, they literally could not have done more to help. There's helpful staff, then there's staff that will lend you a hammer to break into your van. You will not find a friendlier hotel in the world. Unpretentious, good people. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had the pleasure of staying here thanks to the lovely staff getting me out of trouble after being let down via a cancellation of a place due to delayed flight, called up they found me a room easy check in nice condition great sleep and brilliant breakfast via the lovely chef - hospitality was perfect and couldn’t ask for a friendlier welcome - thankyou - Alan (London)

2 star Hotel 5 star service very welcoming and friendly staff Went there on motorbikes stayed 2 days and used it as a base. It a 10 to 15 minutes bus trip into Inverness hop on the bus outside the hote if you fancy a day in the city.l. Would recommend it , nothing fancy but good food, drink and company. .
