A great welcome, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast make this a good choice for Inverness. Very clean. Secure bike storage is available. The breakfast was one of the best on our 3 week trip. Plenty of fruit and berries with yoghurt and a cooked breakfast of our choice with quality ingredients. Nice touches were home cooked flapjacks at breakfast abd Tunnocks chocolate mallows on the tea tray. Good location close to all the amenities.

Room spacious and clean. Great location to visit the city center, have a walk by the river and go to Loch Ness. The breakfast, however, is more than great: it's superb. The owners are super kind, too.

This was such a charming place to stay back in March. It was warm and felt like home. The breakfast was delicious, the hosts were sweet, and the dog was adorable.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a lovely stay here. The host is friendly and attentive, he serves really good breakfast especially the baked goods, they were soo good. The room was clean and cozy and had bottled water, snacks, tea and coffee. It has a queen size bed, sitting area, tv, dresser and the bathroom is clean as well. The price was reasonable and of great value. We were greeted by Isla, the resident dog and we were happy to see her. They have front and back parking. The are located near the shops and restaurants so it was very convenient for us. Overall, we would stay here again when we come back.
