Running Hare is a one-bedroom studio apartment in central Inverness, housed within a listed building in a conservation area. The entire first floor is yours—an open-plan space combining living, dining and kitchen areas, plus a bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Everything needed for a self-catering stay comes as standard: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with a welcome pack on arrival.
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped for cooking, with an induction hob, combi microwave-oven-grill, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom contains a super kingsize bed. You'll have allocated parking for one car on site, and there are two electric vehicle charging stations available if needed. The apartment overlooks Northern Meeting Park, home to the world's oldest Highland Games stadium. No smoking indoors.
The location puts you within two minutes' walk of the River Ness, Inverness Cathedral and Eden Court Theatre, with restaurants, bars and shops equally close. From here you can explore the Cairngorms to the south, Loch Ness to the west, or venture further along the NC500 or Moray coastal route. A Tesco Superstore is nearby for provisions. Arrival is after 16:00; departure before 10:00.
