While not located right in the heart of the area, this location more than makes up for it with the friendliest and most accommodating people I have met in a long time. Combine that with amazing food and cozy atmosphere and you have somewhere thst just can't be beat. Paul was the one who helped my wife and I during our check in and I just wanted to write this specifically to thank him and the other staff who made our stay so great. Can't recommend this spot enough.

We stayed here for three nights while exploring the Highlands, and it was the perfect base for our trip. The location was excellent, with free parking, a Morrisons supermarket nearby, and easy access to the city centre and major attractions. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. However, there were a few housekeeping issues that could be improved. Across our three rooms, one had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, one room was missing a bedsheet when we arrived, and another had a shower that leaked water onto the bathroom floor. What impressed us the most was the outstanding customer service after we had checked out. We accidentally left a pair of AirPods in our room. The reception team responded quickly to our enquiry, located the item, and even arranged to send it back to our home after a courier collection could not be completed. The AirPods have now been safely returned to us, and we are extremely grateful for the kindness, professionalism and honesty of the staff. Their excellent service and willingness to resolve the situation left a lasting positive impression. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for going the extra mile. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Inverness.

Stayed here one night with a group of cyclists on way to John O Groats. Usual comfy rooms, with everything you need. Good food (evening) with great service. Plentiful breakfast..

Room was nice, clean and comfy. Nice hot showers. No issues with the room at all. Was sceptical on the meal deal which we got seeing the other reviews, but was pleasantly supirsed it was really good. Dinner was Curry and Gamon steak, both freshly cooked and tasty. Hot breakfast was also good, no complaints with the food or service.
