Silverstrands Guest House

Our room was very clean and quite comfortable. Kenny, the host, was cordial and very helpful concerning our daily plans. He cooked us a tasty breakfast every morning and wore a kilt when he served us. Very cool! The location of the guest house is excellent. If we ever return to Inverness we'll stay at Silverstrands Guest House, for sure!

The rooms are tastefully decorated, with attention to detail that reflects the care of the owners. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. One of the standout features of Silverstrands Is how close you will be to downtown pubs and restaurants a short walk 5 to 10 minutes. You can walk by the river, eat at a nice restaurant by the river or join the locals at the pubs. The breakfast served was a culinary delight, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that left me craving for more. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate dietary preferences and ensure a memorable dining experience. What truly sets Silverstrands apart is the personalized touch. The hosts were always ready with recommendations for local attractions and activities, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at the Silverstrands 2 nights while visiting Inverness. We were welcomed by our very friendly and nice host, showed where to park (street parking outside the house), taken to our rooms which were immaculate, super clean, fresh water was provided for the tea kettle and 2 bottles of still water for drinking. The en-suite was also very clean and a good size. The beds are very comfortable. The house is located in a quiet street very close to the center of Inverness therefore we were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast was plentiful with cooked options à la minute! 100 % recommended! Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality! We will be back!
