About Travelodge Inverness
Inverness makes a practical base for exploring the Highlands, and Travelodge Inverness sits on the outskirts at Stonyfield, about two miles from the city centre, handy for the A9 and a nearby retail park, with Loch Ness within easy reach for a day out.
The hotel has 36 rooms across three floors, served by a lift, with accessible rooms available and en-suite bathrooms throughout. Rooms come with tea and coffee facilities, and are generally kept clean and comfortable, making them a reasonable option for an overnight stop or longer stay. Wi-Fi is available but some have found it limited or an added cost. Reception operates around the clock, and staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful.
There's no restaurant on site, but a pub, restaurant and Starbucks are all nearby, along with shops and other amenities, in a spot that guests find quiet despite its proximity to the main road. Free on-site parking is provided, though spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and pets are welcome. Childcare can also be arranged for those travelling with young families.

What guests say
Being a business traveller i have stayed in many hotels, to say that thisl is ranked as a 2 star hotel, I have to say that this thisl is one of the best that I have stayed in. Fantastic staff, the communal areas are tidy and well maintained. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I have plenty of space for my clothes, fridge and microwave as well as ample desk space. It is exactly what I want from a hotel, a space to sleep.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The downside is the lack of wifi. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom but the rest of facilities were alright. There are TV, kettle and extra pillows. There’s no bar or restaurant at this place but there is a restaurant 1 min away. Tesco is 8 min walk away.

It's a place to rest your head so it does that very well. Rooms are clean and tidy. If I do have a small gripe it is that the curtains are not keeping out enough light on these "summer" mornings.

Great little hotel, easy access and about 15 mins drive from Inverness airport. It’s clean, warm and has very comfortable beds, with lovely fresh white sheets. There is tea and coffee in the rooms and a vending machine in the foyer, you can also buy a grab and go breakfast for about £5. There is a pub next door serving decent food, so everything you need. If you get a taxi from/to the airport it will cost from £22-£28.
