What visitors say
Absolutely outstanding experience at Innoflate Inverness as always! From the moment I arrived, the whole team made me feel genuinely welcome, but I especially wanted to mention the fantastic young staff members. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and enthusiastic, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It's so refreshing to see a team that clearly enjoys what they do. Their positive attitude, excellent customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile really made my visit stand out. They were knowledgeable, approachable, and made everything run smoothly while always keeping a smile on their faces. The atmosphere they create is warm, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. It's obvious they're a huge asset to Innoflate, and they deserve a lot of credit for the brilliant experience they provide. I couldn't recommend Innoflate Inverness highly enough. If you're looking for excellent service from a hardworking, friendly, and professional team, this is definitely the place to go. A well-deserved 5 stars!

A great place for children's private 🥳 A bouncy experience to let the kids expend lots of energy playing on a bouncy play area of not too challenging obstacles. Also has a great cafe. Private party rooms as well as the main public area!

Myself, my son and his family went there for the Innotots session with my two wee grandsons and they had a great time. Staff were helpful and upbeat, which always helps. Generally, just a relaxed mood all round. Thank you and keep up the good work 🙂

This review is based on management and not the venue, which is good fun for the kids. We come here regularly but probably won’t be back for a while after what I experienced today. The management are intentionally steering people towards a more expensive ticket even during the weekday stay and play session which is much cheaper and also allows unlimited play from 10am-3pm. The lady at the till offered me an hourly session and I had to ask her is the “stay and play” not on? Then she said admitted it was. Shortly after we arrived the tannoy announced that our wristband colour had to come off. I went to check with the manager and said I had the stay and play session. She claimed it was a mistake and we could stay on. To this I asked why they were still selling hourly peak tickets (which cost 12.95pp per hour as opposed to 8.95 per child for the unlimited stay and play and £1 for accompanying adult). She claimed they tell people but some people mistakenly order the hourly session online. I feel if this is the case they should let them know when they arrive and also not tell them to come off after their hour since these families will have paid more than those who have paid for the unlimited session. I told the manager this felt dishonest and mentioned my experience at the till, where I had to prompt the service staff to sell me the stay and play session but she brushed it off as a one off. While I was there it was clear that it wasn’t just me, they are happily selling hourly peak tickets to unsuspecting families even during the stay and play off peak and continued to announce people to come off after the hour. Mind you, the place was nearly empty so it wasn’t a crowd control issue- there were only 4 families in the place. This experience really left a bad taste in my mouth so we won’t rush back but I wanted to leave this review on the off chance it makes people aware that they should double check the website and tickets they buy as you may end up paying a lot more than others for less!

Other reviews mention the pricing can be expensive and the facility can be poorly maintained.
