What visitors say
this cinema is brilliant, the workers are always so lovely and the screens and bathrooms are always relatively clean. perfect conditions for moi! the selection of films between new releases and re-runs of classics is brilliant, i would say i go to this cinema monthly at least! (the snacks are obviously ridiculously expensive, but that’s what you get when you go to any cinema.)

Experience is good, sound quality is magnificent and when on the larger screens its high quality viewing. Only issue is the prices of snacks there. Its astrology high and honestly robbery, they should actually be ashamed of them selves with the high prices but maybe make it more appealing for lower pricing and MORE will come to view. There was only 10 in for a new movie that was only out for a couple days,

Went to see Toy Story 5 with the grandchildren. We payed the extra for the leather chairs and to be honest it was well worth it. Extra room in the arms and legs. Brought our own food as the prices at reception are extortionate.

The cinema is in desperate need of refurbishment. We visited twice recently, and on both occasions the experience was disappointing. We watched both films in Screen 4, where the picture quality was very poor—it was grainy, too dark, and had a noticeable green tint throughout. The image quality was so bad that watching the same films on my TV at home would have provided a better experience. It's a shame, as going to the cinema should offer a much higher standard than this. The current picture quality doesn't justify the price of a cinema ticket.

Visitors say this cinema is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating, good screen sizes, and excellent sound quality. They also highlight the friendly staff, wide selection of films, and reasonable ticket prices.
Some reviews mention the picture quality can be poor.
