Location ok. On outskirts of Inverness but with car it wasnt a problem. Bar and restaurant next door. Arrived and no staff. Said press button for service. Pressed 3 times over 10 minutes. No response so gave up. Eventually managed to check in on the electronic terminal. Room was filthy I'm afraid. Floor disgusting. No idea when it was last hoovered. Pen lids etc on it. Under the bed I just wish I hadn't looked. Not been cleaned since place was built by looks of it. Dust thick everywhere including tv screen. Could write on it. Worse and dirtiest in the chain that I've been to and stayed in many all over uk. Even corridors were filthy. Very disappointed. Premier inn senior management need to visit and see what one of their furthest north locations is actually like. Can't be the only person disappointed with the cleanliness. Other rooms must be the same. Likely lack of cleaning staff with no time to clean properly.

The filthiest place I’ve ever stayed. No exaggeration. Black mould around the window (right next to my son’s bed), as well as all over the shower and shower curtain. Filth and dust all over the floor, random stains (blood?!) on the wall. The place needs to be closed for a deep clean. We arrived late at night and were only staying one night or we would have found somewhere else. Reception staff was in the pub when we arrived. We had to wait 15 minutes for her to emerge and when she did she was rude and abrasive. The only redeemable thing was the breakfast at brewers fayre, which was fine and the staff there were friendly.

!!!!!!!AVIOD!!!!!!! Absolutely horrendous hotel!!!!! I have to start this off by saying I stay in premier inn's all over the country 2 or 3 times a year they are my go to hotel because you know what your paying for! I checked in last night at 10pm I had just done a 4 hour drive and a 2 hour ferry trip back from the isle of harris I was exhausted! I was greeted with an awful and rude man on reception hes lucky I didn't catch his name. I booked a family room for me and my kids it was absolutely disgusting!! The smell of mould was unbearable me and one of my kids have asthma so you can imagine! There was dust everywhere the sheets had rips in them the lot! I then went back to reception to complain and showed the photos i took, I will say by that time the nightshift were on and they were understanding so they cleaned another room for us to change to! One of them being the head house keeper who was so embarrassed and quit her job there and then so clearly wasn't the first complaint of the day! That new room again was disgusting but a bit better than the first room we were in, it was 1am by this time my kids needed to sleep and I couldn't drive anymore. I was up the whole night! I was supposed to stay two nights but I just couldn't! I did get my money back for the whole trip after I told them I will not be leaving untill they did so! I'd avoid at all costs worst place iv ever booked So run down they should be ashamed asking over £140 a night for that i wouldn't even let a pig sleep in there! I will be taking this further so other family's dont go threw this horrific experience!

The restaurant needs to be more sorted. We were staying at the hotel & asked to book a table for Sunday evening for the Roast/Carvery and we're told they couldn't guarantee there would be any left, due to the busy lunches. As it was there wasn't enough left at 6pm, which we weren't impressed by - poor management. We went to order drinks & didn't have any small proseccos left, only large bottle. Generally most bars would open the bottle & serve a glass, with the high likelihood of selling more. We then ordered our meals & were told a number of things had run out. Sunday night got quite busy during the time we were there. Poor Management. The hotel itself was comfortable but we had to ask for things like towels & pillow cases, but that's not a big issue. Our room was a good size but lacking in amenities like a fridge. Overall it was good.
