What visitors say
An ok experience to be honest. Came to watch the new Michael movie which was incredible ! First time coming to this cinema as we wanted to watch it in 4dx. Tickets were easy to access when we got there through the screens. However arrived 15 mins early went to the screen to walk in and find out the previous film was still running but no mention of it. Prices are extremely expensive but that was expected. The £2 extra for M&m’s on top is a rip off when you only get 10 on top , better off buying a bag from the stand. Seats were extremely comfortable however when we went we found chocolate squashed into the seats and when we asked a member of staff she huffed. Another family kept complaining about there water not working so a guy came in to sort it and said not all of them work. Toilets are lovely and clean however most of them didn’t have toilet roll. Overall an average experience

Lovely helpful staff and nice and clean. Ample parking. *Careful if you use 'bluelight'. Ended up costing me more than if I'd just brought direct. Staff explained it's because this particular site has its own offers *

Our first visit to Cineworld Ipswich. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were in screen 12 upstairs which was accessible by stairs or lift. Sensibly there was a sign upstairs reminding us the check in our car. Thank you. The screen was very clear and as we were right up the top it’s as though we had our own set of speakers.

Best 4DX experience . All seats move and offer impactful experience with motion and effects. The front rows may offer a more intense experience with fog and bubbles due to their proximity to the machines. Can able to stop seat motion by pulling string underneath and stop splashing water by turn off the push button right hand side chair when ever if required (×) Parking is free Tickets cost nearly 22 quid including 3D glass which cost 1.5 quid but worth it
