Went this morning to see Toy Story 5 with my partner. Cost £70 all in all for drinks and tickets. Halfway through the film a speaker started to beep very loudly for around 10 mins of the film. Would assume it broke or malfunctioned. Film was then paused for about 5 mins whilst this was being fixed. No apologies from staff or refund of any kind. Very disappointing, won’t be coming again. If I’m paying £70 to watch a film for 2 I want perfection, if you can’t deliver that then at least have the decency to apologise

Great cinema with super comfy recliners.great friendly staff. Something to add. Someone who suffers with toilet needs please fix the door on the toilets. Having been multiple times the door is always off.

Terrible customer service, two failed attempts to book on line, message came up system problem do not buy again for 30 mins you may have paid. Took my problem to cashier on arrival who called manager, she said I could only rebuy at a premium rate because she couldn't solve system problems!!! When asked for a name so I could lodge a formal complaint about the system and her handling she refused. Had driven an hour from North Suffolk for appalling customer service. Usually go to Cineworld, first trip to Omniplex: won't come again obviously....

Lovely venue. Very comfortable seats that recline and have a tray also. Great facilities too.
