Really lovely family run business, clean premises, lovely staff. Was sad to see it close for a period due to refurbishment but glad they're now open again! Their birthday parties are particularly great and convenient! My son and I will definitely be over again soon.

Fabulous place. Will be coming back again. Music, lights. Just the right size so you can relax and not worry about losing your little one. There's a mini trampoline, a ball pit, magic air that floats balls! A drawing and puzzle corner and its so clean, so clean. Small cafe for food and drinks and seating for the adults. Its just perfect!

Booked a session and then they announced closure and issued no refund. Absolutely unacceptable. I will report you and your company to the relevant authorities. This is not a good business. There is no one that can be contacted and whoever number ai had left the company. Disgusting!!!

I celebrated my son's 3rd birthday party and would recommend this place. It was the right size for the number of children we had ( about 18 children and including parents). The play area was clean with lots of variety for the children, and it was very easy for parents to keep an eye on their children. Hassel free party planning with flexibility to bring hot food. Great staff, unlimited use of the venues vast play list, party bags and balloons, but most importantly Big Bear apperance! I did request bubbles which didn't appear ( but not a big deal). All my guest had a great time. The only suggestion would be for the venue to consider 3 hour parties rather than 2 or 4 hours. 4 hours is quite long for under 5's, yet 2 hours felt a little rushed. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend.
