Colwell Bay, one of the quieter stretches on the island's western shore, lies just a walk away from Cliff End. The beach itself slopes gently and offers calm water for swimming, backed by a café and restaurant where the sunsets are worth timing your dinner around. Head the other way and you'll reach Yarmouth, where Fort Victoria sits on the seafront—the red squirrels there are a genuine draw, especially if you've got children in tow. The Needles are within reach too, visible from the property's patio and worth a proper visit.
This semi-detached bungalow sits on high ground within a quiet coastal development, everything on one level and accessed via a single step. Two bedrooms sleep four: one double and two singles. The open-plan living space has a freeview TV and DVD player, the kitchen has an electric cooker and microwave, and there's a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. The patio looks out over the Solent towards the mainland, and the site has a children's play area shared with neighbouring properties.
The cliff top is 100 yards from the door. Laundry facilities are available on site a short distance away. Smoking is not permitted inside.
