Solent View is a two-bedroom bungalow on a clifftop on the Isle of Wight's north-western coast. The property sleeps four: one bedroom has a three-quarter double bed, the other two singles. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. An open-plan ground floor contains the living space, dining area and kitchen, with patio doors opening onto a furnished patio. Electric heating, electricity and bed linen are included. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. You have private parking for two cars on site.

The location sits within a mile of the coast and offers views across the Solent towards the mainland. From the clifftop, you can see the Needles, and there are cliff-top walks nearby. The grounds are landscaped and shared with other properties on site, where you will also find a children's play area, pitch and putt, crazy golf and football goals. Colwell Bay beach is a short walk away, with gently sloping sand and shingle, a bar, restaurant and café. Compton Bay, popular with surfers and kite surfers, is a short drive off. The property suits families and couples; children will need supervision given the cliff-edge location. There is Wi-Fi on site, though the signal is limited. A washing machine is available in the utility room (coin-operated, shared with other properties). No smoking.
