Groups and families benefit from Fair Isle House's generous layout: five bedrooms and five bathrooms mean everyone has their own space, with a mix of double and single beds totalling ten sleeps. The reverse-level design places the main living area on the upper floor—a large open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with French doors onto a balcony—while ground-floor bedrooms each have their own ensuite. One well-behaved dog stays free, and the property is yours alone; it sits within an acre of grounds with parking for five cars.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and everything else needed for self-catering. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. Outside, a sheltered patio with furniture and a barbecue overlooks open countryside, and there are bridle paths nearby for walking or cycling towards Newport and Arreton. The Island Pilates Centre is local if you want structured activity. Newport's town centre and bus stations lie five minutes away by car, giving access to the rest of the Isle of Wight—Ryde, Shanklin, the Needles and other coastal attractions are all within reach for a day out. The property does not allow smoking.

Washing machine smells very mouldy and yuk. Oven and tray completely greasy. Had to clean and scrub them before use. I put them in the dishwasher on long wash. Grease loosen and scrubbing was easier. Jack & Jill shower needs a screen or curtain to stop the whole bathroom from flooding. We can’t use the shower properly. No headboard on beds !!?? Nice blinds within the windows and patio doors. But they are NOT blackouts.
