Grange Farm Holidays - The Coach House
Isle of Wight
Photo: Google Maps
Wootton sits quietly on the Isle of Wight's quieter side, just beyond the village centre. The Coach House is set on farmland where ancient woodland stretches across 50 acres of shared grounds—a genuine habitat for wildlife. Red squirrels, foxes and owls move through the trees; wild daffodils, primroses and bluebells flower in season. The setting draws walkers and anyone wanting to step away from busier tourist routes, yet beaches and the main town of Newport are within easy reach.
The cottage spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds a living and dining room with Freeview TV, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the basics. A shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two singles, sleeping four in total. Linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are included. There is parking for two cars on site.
One dog is welcome and stays free. The property is non-smoking. Children under 8 are not accommodated here. The setting suits couples, walkers and small families content to be in countryside rather than at the seafront, with the flexibility to explore the island's attractions from a quiet base.
