Marina View

Marina View is a three-bedroom house sleeping six, situated in a residential area close to the RNLI Inshore Lifeboat Centre and overlooking the water. The ground floor contains a living room with Freeview and DVD, a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a zip-and-link super kingsize bed (divisible into two singles), one with a kingsize bed, and one with bunks. The single bathroom has a bath with shower.

The property comes with its own enclosed lawn, garden furniture and barbecue, plus private parking for two cars. There is an electric vehicle charging point on site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The location is roughly two minutes' drive to East Cowes, where you can catch the chain ferry to West Cowes and its sailing events, restaurants and pubs. Larger resorts like Ryde and Sandown are within 25 minutes by car. A pub and restaurant are 500 yards away; shops and a supermarket are nearby. One dog is welcome; no smoking indoors.
