Rofford Lodge

Rofford Lodge comes fully equipped for a week away. The kitchen has a gas oven, electric hob, dishwasher and everything else needed to cook properly, while the utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The living spaces spread across the ground floor with a freeview TV, DVD player and games, opening onto a large garden with sitting-out areas, sun loungers and a barbecue. There is parking for two cars on site.

The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Bedroom one has a king bed; bedrooms two and three each have two single beds. A cot and highchair can be provided on request. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is non-smoking.

From Yarmouth, an old railway line runs east along the Yar Estuary and through Freshwater—good for walking and cycling, and excellent for bird watching. The beach is about a mile away, with a shop, pub and restaurant within half a mile. Needles Pleasure Cruises are nearby. Note that the property has open spiral stairs.
