Southford Farm

Southford Farm is a detached farmhouse near Whitwell that opens into a generous layout built for groups. Ground floor holds two sitting rooms (one with a woodburner), a separate dining room, and a kitchen fitted with electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There's also a utility room with freezer, a downstairs cloakroom, and doors out to an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue. Five bedrooms are spread across the first floor: one kingsize with ensuite bath and shower, another kingsize, two doubles, and a pair of single beds. A shower room serves the remaining bedrooms. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided.

The village sits in open countryside where walking and cycling start from your door. Niton is nearby with country pubs and shops; St. Catherine's Lighthouse and Blackgang Chine are a short drive away. Ventnor, a Victorian resort town with beach access and restaurants, lies within easy reach. The sea is four miles off. The property takes one pet and has parking for three cars. No smoking indoors.
