Carisbrooke Castle is within easy reach, and the Isle of Wight's coastal paths and beaches are a short drive away. The Waverley paddle steamer calls at nearby ports seasonally. The Apricot Tree sits in the village itself, a quiet base for exploring the island on foot or by car.
Two double bedrooms, each 4ft 6in, share the house with two bathrooms—one ensuite, one separate. The ground floor holds a living room with smart TV, and a kitchen with electric cooker, hob and microwave, opening onto a patio. The large enclosed rear garden has furniture and views towards the castle. One car space is on site. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included. The house is non-smoking and not suitable for children under five.
The cottage works well for couples or small families wanting a self-catering break with room to spread out and a garden for downtime between trips out.
