Ventnor itself is a short walk away, with cafes, independent shops and a sandy beach along the seafront. The town sits on a stretch of coast known for being relatively warm. Parking is on site for one car, with additional space on the road; an electric charging point is 50 yards away if needed. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The property is a newly built mid-terrace on a quiet residential street between Ventnor and Bonchurch, set back just one step from street level.
