Ventnor Clock House

Ventnor Clock House is fully equipped for self-catering, with everything needed for a comfortable stay included. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob and microwave for cooking; the living space offers a smart TV and wood burner for warmth on cooler evenings; the bedroom contains a double bed; and the shower room has a double shower. Bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity are all provided, along with initial fuel for the burner. There is parking for one car on site.

The cottage occupies a single ground floor, accessed via a private external stairway. It sits in a gated courtyard on Park Avenue in Ventnor, close to Ventnor Park and a short walk from the southern cliffs. The area is known for its mild climate and landscape. Steephill Cove, a car-free bay where you can eat fresh crab or drink coffee overlooking the water, lies within easy reach. Ventnor itself has independent shops, galleries and restaurants, plus the Botanic Garden with subtropical plants. Coastal paths lead to various beaches and viewpoints. The property does not allow smoking.
