We stayed our first night after arriving in the UK at Fellpack House. It was great! Everyone was super nice and welcoming! We had reservations for dinner at The Cottage in the Wood and tried to get an Uber, but that didn't work. Victoria was so nice and helped us call several taxi services until we got ahold of Ian's Taxis (also super nice!😀). She made sure we didn't miss our dinner that was one of the reasons we'd stopped in Keswick. Victoria was our hero! Ben was also super helpful and great! 😁

A really excellent place to stay. Breakfasts are plentiful and high quality. Every member of staff is genuinely friendly and attentive. The rooms are lovely and beds very comfortable. Fresh cookies appreciated after a day on the fells.

I had a dinner reservation here at 8:30 on a Saturday. Unfortunately I got a flat tire and waited 4 hours roadside for service. Fellpack graciously pushed back my reso to 9 which allowed me to quickly check in to my bnb and make it for a pre dinner drink. Bartender was great and a cutie. Service was wonderful as was the unique menu items. Went Italian with focaccia, olives, and arancini and then indulged in their gingerbread dessert. Yummy! Would 100% return. Also consider checking out their sister restaurant Lyzzick for amazing views and delicious Sunday roast!

Exceptional in every way. From the initial check in to checking out. The room (Hazel Dene Suite) is stunning. The suite was immaculately clean with ample storage so the room remained aesthetically pleasing. Impeccable design and use of colour. The view out of the window was everything. Every single staff member we met with was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and genuine (that goes for The Round, Fellpack House and The Fellpack) Breakfast was huge and tasty. I prefer stronger coffee but that's my personal preference. Room very warm to sleep in, they don't scrimp on the heating. I feel like this standard of hotel and level of service is quite difficult to find. Would I stay again? Already looking to rebook. Worth every penny. Thank you!
