Really enjoyed my stay. Great location by Fitz park and very close to the town centre. Matt provided lovely breakfasts - beautifully cooked. Very sweet gesture of homemade bread pudding which I very much enjoyed on the journey home. Highly recommend this place.

What a lovely place to stay!! A warm welcome for us, a family of 3 and our cockapoo! Lovely comfy bedroom and large bathroom in our family room. Spotless. Beautiful breakfast and a home made piece of cake each, wrapped up in brown paper to take away on our travels for the day. Such a thoughtful added touch.

A superb guest house in a superb location. I stayed here on a work trip and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Owner Matt couldn’t have been more hospitable from the moment I checked in. My room was excellent and breakfast was stunning. I’ll definitely be back!!

I had an excellent stay. The room was clean and cosy, no issues there, the man I dealt with was extremely friendly to us and the dog. Breakfast was lovely and had more choice than either of us expected, and the cake as a parting gift was nice too. Our only issue was WiFi not working on the first night (which resolved itself the next morning), but we didn't mind.
