Willows Barn is a detached barn conversion on one level, designed with accessibility in mind. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are at ground floor, with ramp access and wide doorways suited to wheelchairs and mobility aids. The wet room has a walk-in shower with a seat, adjustable toilet, grab rail and mobile frame available. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, where you'll find everything needed to cook and eat properly—an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and full-sized fridge. One bedroom has a double bed; the other has two singles. Oil heating, electricity, linen and towels are included, along with wifi and parking for two cars on site. One dog stays free.
The barn sits beside the owners' home but remains entirely private, with an enclosed rear garden and seating area looking out over open countryside. Kings Lynn town centre, about five miles away, has supermarkets, a cinema, bowling and restaurants. The North Norfolk coast—with beaches, nature reserves and seaside attractions—is a 30-minute drive. Thetford Forest, 31 miles distant, has an adventure park and trails ranging from gentle family walks to challenging cycling routes. Royal Sandringham is 12 miles; Norwich and the Norfolk Broads are further afield. The property does not permit smoking.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this lovely barn. Absolutely beautiful grounds with some gorgeous little deer visiting regularly, I could watch them munching in the garden all day! The barn itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the host is lovely, even left me some milk and treats for my stay and my dog arrived to some treats too! Short drive to some wonderful parks, beaches and other sites to visit, really can’t recommend this place enough.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at willow barn with my husband and 2 dogs. Fiona, the host was friendly and helpful, letting us know what was available in the local area. The barn was well equipped with everything we needed. The huge garden was beautiful, we liked watching the rabbits and deer that came in. The area is stunning, proper little hidden gem that we will certainly be returning to!

Can highly recommend Willow Barn, Fiona the owner is so welcoming. The barn is set in beautiful grounds. The area is beautiful & peaceful, definitely my happy place 🥰

This is a really lovely, clean and peaceful barn in North Norfolk. Willow Barn is in a great location for access to tourist attractions along the Norfolk coast including Hunstanton, and also places inland such as Sandringham. The location is especially good for nature lovers and bird watchers. The hosts Fiona and Jim are friendly and helpful and they are assisted by two gorgeous doggies Jasper and Paddington. Fiona and Jim have provided everything you might need on a break away from home and North Wootton is a large village just north of Kings Lynn so all of the amenities you might need are close at hand Would thoroughly recommend.
