Crowberry Barn

Built from a 200-year-old barn and converted into a contemporary home, Crowberry Barn sits within a quiet residential complex near Kings Lynn. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate six guests across two floors. Downstairs, the living and dining room centres on a wood burner, with French doors opening onto an enclosed garden and patio where outdoor furniture is already set up. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly or do laundry without thinking about it.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super king bed and ensuite shower, while two further bedrooms with single beds share a family bathroom with bath and shower. Wifi, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial logs for the burner are included. The property is entirely yours—no other guests—and one well-behaved pet stays free. Three cars can park on site.

Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea are short drives away; the latter has a narrow gauge railway and a working quay. Burnham Market, a Georgian village with independent shops and cafés, is also nearby. Bird watchers will find Titchwell and Cley Marshes accessible, and the coast itself offers a succession of villages, harbours and beaches to explore. Smoking is not permitted.
