Little Dab

Brancaster Staithe sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a tidal harbour where the salt marshes meet sandy beaches and the horizon stretches across open water. Little Dab is a single-storey property here, sleeping six across three bedrooms: two doubles and a twin, served by two bathrooms. Everything happens on the ground floor—an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space flows around a double-sided wood burner, with an island in the kitchen for cooking and gathering. The essentials (electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi) are included; the wood burner comes with initial fuel.

The kitchen is equipped for real cooking: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, a front garden and an enclosed courtyard with seating catch the light. One dog stays free and can use the rear garden, though it is not completely secure. Parking for one car sits on the property; additional spaces are available on the road. The location works for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers drawn to the nature reserves nearby, or families seeking Hunstanton's traditional seaside entertainments eight miles away.
