Pump Cottage

Pump Cottage is a traditional brick and flint building in Brancaster Staithe, a coastal village near Kings Lynn with marshes, creeks and a working harbour. The main entrance has a low door to note. Inside, the ground floor holds a living room with Freeview and an open fire, a separate dining room, and a kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one double and one with twin singles—and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The property is yours alone, with parking for one car and a gravelled garden with seating. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen, towels and initial wood burner fuel are provided. One well-behaved pet can stay free. The setting suits walkers and cyclists exploring Norfolk's beaches, dunes and salt marshes, and those wanting to visit the estates and historic sites inland. The Jolly Sailors at Brancaster Staithe serves food overlooking the marshes. No smoking indoors.
